1st cycle, looking for advice

Hello everyone.

Considering starting my first SARM cycle. My stats:

Age - 21
Weight - 78 kg (171 pounds)
Height - 184-5 cm (6'0)
Bf - around 13% (kinda visible abs, but not super defined)

I'm looking for something to pack on muscle, want to bulk as much as possible (want to try and hit as close as possible to 85 kg), then cut.

I was considering this:

LGD for 8 (maybe 12) weeks.
Possibly another SARM, such as MK, S4 or RAD, something that is nearly as good for mass as LGD.

Then last 3 weeks of those SARMS go on the DGA post CT.

One week after ending, start 4 weeks of clomid. Now I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do 50 mg first week, then 25 mg, 25 mg, and again 25 mg, or what? Every day, right?

Another question - is it overkill to have both DGA post CT and clomid? From what I've gathered they both are for Post CT, just doing it through different ways. DGA through supplementation, while clomid through limiting estrogen binding. It would be good to cut down on the costs, but if both are needed its wiser not to fuck around with test - better safe than sorry.

Please advise.

6 days a week, push pull legs.

Diet - 2 protein shakes a day, 500 calories surplus. Not skimping out on fat or carbs.

Currently taking a week rest after lifting like crazy the past 8 months on PPL.

Ah, for some reason I thought you needed to start mini pct a week after. Thanks for the clarification.

I'm curious if you could explain a little the relationship between DGA Post CT and the mini PCT. I assume it's for a softer transition and fuller reset of test production.

Also, if I have clomid, is gw-501516 required?

dga post ct is used to help prevent or mitigate on cycle suppression to make the transition into pct smooth... gw is used in pct to control cortisol, which could ruin the entire cycle... if it were not needed, it would not be included, nor would anything else if it were not needed

What is your total calories, macros etc? Are you tracking everything? Your diet answer was extremely vague

Ofc they are possible but not optimal, you're selling yourself short if you run it for 8 weeks only, you will make the most of your gains between week 7/8-12...that's when sarms peak

brother, 1 day is possible... thats up to you.. it doesnt make it right but sure its possible.. sarms dont peak until 8 weeks so it doesnt make sense to stop when they are peaking... you would be leaving gains on the table and not running a complete cycle...
