There are few things that interest me more than health and fitness but sports is and always has been at the top of my list... i have basically had an obsession with sports since i was 3 years old... My dad was a college basketball player and I was a four sport athlete in high school and played college basketball as well... I could sit and talk with you for days upon days with no rest when it comes to sports... So i love to get into these conversations...


I thought it would be cool to see everyones lists of their favorite nfl and college teams as well as current nfl players... we wont go all time on this one because that could be more difficult so lets stick with current players...
