What are your must have foods?

I would like to add some to my list! Not foods to meet your macros but purely based on their nutritional value and benefits. I would say my top 3 would be:

Liver
Spinach
Garlic
 
Chicken
Sweet Potato
Brown rice

vegetables (I eat 7 servings a day) (mushrooms, zucchini, spinach and green peppers)

Notable: peanut butter and oatmeal
 
I do a scoop of peanut butter in my post workout shake. Vanilla flavored whey, little bit of milk and scoop of peanut butter is delicous
 
Oatmeal
Eggs/whites
All kinds of veggies, spinach is probably the most convenient and nutrient packed though
 
Almond milk(gotta have it, regular milk gives me the shits), adams peanut butter, basmati rice.
im big on almond milk but i switched to cashew/almond unsweetened... its by far the best bro... it has lower calories and sodium and its very rich and creamy... absolutely awesome in a blender bottle with protein... i get almond breeze...
 
My main staples daily are

Chicken breast
Green veggies
Banana
Greek yogurt
Sweet potato
Eggs/egg whites
Oatmeal

Every day
 
Cliantro, Parsely, brown rice in that order. If I lost these 3 it would be really hard to even attempt a healthy diet not to mention the incredible health benefits they bring.
