Sitting here waiting to go to the gym and I'm feeling the soreness in my body.
The thought of not going exists, but I can't help but to enjoy this feeling in my body.
My toes are sore, my forearms, my legs, my chest...
I could easily find an excuse not to go and curl back up in bed underneath the warmth of my covers...

5 days bro... killed legs, did inclines, did delt work, did some back and bi's. I have a routine, but lately I've been adding things spontaneously that I feel can be worked especially since weekends are off days.
