I’ve been on Trt How do you get rid of high estrogen I’m still taking the medicine they put me on and is still high I work out I don’t know what else to do can you help?

What did they prescribe you? You need an Aromatase inhibitor and it will take a couple weeks to start working. It doesn't happen overnight.

you need to be talking to your doctor about all this man... i mean, why on the planet earth would you have an issue with something doctor prescribed and not go to your doctor about it?

You need to take this up with your doc not us. How do you know you have high estrogen? bloodwork? symtoms? You need an AI for this...

Talk to your doctor for sure, but I am curious what did they give you for estrogen?
