Transitioning from cycle to contest prep

In week 5 of a 12 wk test cyp/tbol/deca cycle (350/45ED/350)


If I stay true to the cycle I will finish it with 12 weeks left to prep. I'm on trt (150mg/wk) so I don't have any PCT worries

My worries are coming in lean enough for stage .. I'll be doing classic physique. I'm just wondering if maybe I need to start my diet a couple weeks sooner and hope for a slight recomp effect.. I would post pics but that shit is nearly impossible with my phone

Start your prep diet when you feel it's right. When you get to 2 weeks out you should be ready. If not, postpone the show.

Not using a coach, I've gotten myself stage lean during mock preps as well as gotten others ready for shows. I'm just doing the typical "paranoid I don't have enough time" thing lol
