Timing of when to dose Arimidex & Caber

Quick question and I’ll post this more from a general perspective opposed to a personal as I realize everyone is different, blood tests is what most of us base things on, and depending on what we’re taking could change the answer.

But generally speaking, if a person was taking 250 Deca & 250 Test E on Sunday nights and early Friday mornings, when would be the ideal time to take Arimidex? I’ve been taking them on Mon night and Sat if needed. My thought is it takes a x amount of time to convert, so I don’t take it the same day I pin.

Any advice would be appreciated.

What matters is why you're taking an AI only when you think you need it?

You're ai should be dosed on a regular schedule

Every third day or something like MWF. Dose depends on your bloodwork.
