Timing of supplements timing around an oral and thyroid medication

400eq
150ace
Some of these will go up in a couple weeks

I was gonna use 40mg dbol for 2 weeks..but capsules are 25.so I'm doing 50mg(split up i bro 2x/day for s total of 50mg/day

I have to take my thyroid Rx meds in the morning at 730am..dr says to not take anything 4 hr after tht ..or like any vitamins and stuff or it could interfere with absorption

I also want to take to help with blood pressure the following
Baby aspirin
GW501516
Cialis
I also have Hawthorne and coq10

I also have liv 52

My day is 7:30 wake up and take thyroid meds

8:30 breakfast

10:30 meal

12:40 meal

Workout at 2-3:30
Shake at 4

Meal at 5:15

Meal at 7:15

Meal at 930

Bed at 10:30

It is 125mcg of t4 and 5mcg of t3

The only thing that I know that affects absorption of t3 is iron. I wasn't aware of anything else, even things like tannins which are commonly interfere with drug absorption isn't known to interfere. 4 hours seems absolutely ridiculous in time to not take anything, the t3 and t4 are going to absorb relatively quickly, especially on an empty stomach.

I don't think you'll have any other issues. I personally try to take the liv52 at a different time than orals, I don't know that that really matters though.
