i did tons of research for half lifes, and test c half life is about 12 days is it right ? ok then according to this i think there is need more than just 14 days before start pct because after 12 days of test c half life passed means 50% of the compound is metabolize and still in body and suppress every thing for example if u inject 200 mg of test c after 12 days one half life is passed and reach 100 mg after 12 days later reach 50 and so , what do u think ? are u think that 14 days is still enough before start pct ?

It is also of importance to note that the ester has weight in your dose.
EG testosterone Enanthate only has approximatly 71mg of testosterone per 100mg of 'hormone'. the other 29mg is the ester attached.

so people that are only injecting 200-250 mg of test E a week, are getting 140-175 mg of hormone. While this is above your natty test production, (unless supplementing HCG and or Clomid) is it really worth shutting down your natty test for such minimal elevated levels?

Personally, I never recommend anything under 400-500mg of a longer estered testosterone for supplementation.

Its also interesting to note that while test prop's ester is shorter than test Ace, test ace actually has more test mg for mg than test prop, also you can pin every two days and still keep levels very stable.

deca half life is 15 days bro not 6 days !!, test E 10.5 days , test p 4.5 days , test c 12 days ,...A different list of half-lives is often copy and pasted on various sites, claiming that, for example, the half-life for the propionate ester is 4.5 days and that the half-life for the enanthate ester is 10.5 days. This list is incorrect, and is the result of flawed calculations many years ago.
 
Basically every drug has a half life, steroids included. If for example, you were to inject 200mg of Decadurabolin once weekly, for 6 weeks, how would you know when you were "off"? Would you be "off" when you had finished your last dose? You would be able to calculate this from the half life of Deca. The half life of Deca is around 14 days. This means that 14 days from your last shot of 200mg of Deca, your blood levels of Deca will contain 100mg of the steroid. Another 14 days from then, i.e. 28 days from last dose, your blood levels will contain 50mg of the steroid. This amount then keeps halving every 14 days. Therefore you can clearly see that when you finish your cycle, even though you are not putting any steroids into your body, you may think that you are now "off", however you still have, and will still have for some time after your last dose, "active" blood levels of the steroid. Therefore you can plan what to use, how long for, and how long off your cycle, based on these half life's.

The half life of Test C is 8 days, so your values are way off.

I recommend two weeks after last injection to start pct after Cypionate ester. There will still be some test in your system but you can start recovering, and you certainly don't want to wait until your levels are at zero before starting

Seeing people saying that its between 5-8 days and some say 12 days for test c but even @ 5-8 or 12 it is still need more than 14 days before going to pct
ok i calculate it with 7 days if you are injecting 500mg of test a week, you should have significantly more than 70mg of test in your blood by week 10. also, the correct timing to start your pct is determined by the halflife of the compounds you take, which is largely determined by the ester attached to the steroid. so taking test prop will give you a very different time to start your pct than taking test c.

test c has a halflife of approximately 12 days, meaning that if injecting 500mg, after roughly 12 days there should be 250mg left in your body. for the sake of easier calculation, and erring on the side of caution, lets work with a halflife of 7 days, and a shot once a week.

week 1 500 mg
week 2 750 mg (500 injected + 250 left over)
week 3 875 mg
week 4 937.5 mg
week 5 968.75 mg
week 6 984.37 mg
week 7 992.18 mg
week 8 996.09 mg
week 9 998 mg
week 10 999 mg

as far as i know, you want to be under 50 mg of aas in your bloodstream before you start pct (this could be wrong, if it is, anyone please feel free to correct me), which would mean this:

week 11 499.5 mg
week 12 249.75 mg
week 13 125.87 mg
week 14 62.43 mg
week 15 31.21 mg

meaning that i would probably not start pct before the beginning of week 14 at the earliest, and not before week 15 if i had a limited supply of pct meds.
 
I'm pretty certain my pharma test c insert says approximately 8 days, obviously it'll vary based metabolism and even injection location.

There are a couple things you aren't considering, for example the half life of clomid. It takes some time for it to saturate while your androgen levels continue to drop.
 
deca half life is 15 days bro not 6 days !!, test E 10.5 days , test p 4.5 days , test c 12 days ,...A different list of half-lives is often copy and pasted on various sites, claiming that, for example, the half-life for the propionate ester is 4.5 days and that the half-life for the enanthate ester is 10.5 days. This list is incorrect, and is the result of flawed calculations many years ago.

Test C is 8 day half life. Not 12 . I'll post a pamphlet from pharma test and prove it tomorrow. I don't know where people are getting 12 days for c and 10 for E??? That is not correct at all.

Yes, 8 days is correct. I'm sure where all these long ass half lives come from and where that misinformation started

A simle blood test (which I have done) will show you how right these half live are. If you check your levels 6-7 days post injection of test E, your blood serum levels will have dropped dramatically

I cruise so I have no dog in this fight, but if you wanna impress me by sharing stats easily found on the web you should bring an argument that hasn't be regurgitated 1000x. You do realize there are variables such as metabolic rate, body composition, hydration, blood concentration, frequency of fecal and urinary release, body temperature, etc... We could debate this all year. In AAS a lot of things are estimates and recommendations, however feel free to analyze this till you turn blue. If what you're saying sounds reasonable to you, do it the way YOU think best and see whats up rather than chase tail on here please.

thats what im saying, thats why i didnt even waste time writing on this one bro.. its getting rather stupid at this point.. test cyp would not be the choice of trt if it were 12 days, lets be clear on that... there's a reason its used and prescribed by doctors the most... regardless, the argument going on is ridiculous...

dont waste your time bro... it pointless honestly because we all the know the half life and you are sitting there putting out all the info... you cannot reason with the unreasonable..
