Hi sir, can you guide me about this program. I am 22 years old and 56 kgs. My body fat index is %8. I played football as amateur for 4 years. I started bodybuilding 6 months ago and continued for 3 months. Now i havent been training for 3 months but now i want a kickstart and will never stop training again. My english is not so good so i couldn't understood the whole of the video about this programme. I actually want just a kickstart for once. Maybe one more time again(after 1 year or whenever you want me to do it). My main purpose is having muscle mass. I will not join a competition on bodybuilding. İ just need & want appearence. İ dont want to use dianabol because of the side effects and some loss after program bcoz of the water. And want to use tbol because it leads lesser side effects and its gains are more stabil. So can you guide me about tbol lgd4033 rad 140 program. and especially pct of this. Because i dont know how to do pct after this.
