SUST 250 - Libido and energy levels

Im 46yr old male, 207lbs with around 14%BF. Blood pressure average is around 135/65
Due to low t in the low 200 range I started a Sus 250 cycle (1 shot every 2 weeks) as recommended via the TRT Specialist.
Due to govt restrictions with the drug I cannot obtain more than 1 shot every 2 weeks so am unable to test a higher dose.
Ive been on this routine for 6mths. I go to the gym 6 days a week and energy levels are average but overall
Im finding it hard to get motivated and my libido is shit. I take Arimadex 1mg once every 7-10 days.
Currently my bloods are all good with free test at 20, Est and DHT in normal range with no other side effects apart from the above.

Question is would stacking TestCyp 300 (indian made version) say once a week improve energy levels and libido without sides as a
long term option?

Alternatively I have read that some go off TRT all together and try to reboot their natural test using HCG or Clomid for 2mths
which was said to kickstart Test back above your previously normal levels.

Any advice appreciated

I recommend splitting your dosage and pinning once a week instead of every 2 weeks. I think you'll see a huge difference.

you need to be splitting the doses twice a week... if you want to stop, now would be the time to make the decision before it goes on too long and recovery is too much to deal with... hcg and clomid for two months is NOT the answer whatsoever so if you decide to come off, let me know because that will only make things worse doing it that way

My only concern coming off is my age, no idea if I will go backwards faster and not recover to where I was prior.

Thanks for the heads up on splitting the dose Cbbram. Though how does this benefit the user as you are still getting the same dose over the 2 weeks but
lower overlapping doses. Im not sure how that works as you are not getting the full strength of each ester.

I'm getting ready to switch to Sustanon myself for TRT. I've been pinning Prop 50mg eod for the past 2 years and I'm developing scar tissue. I'm going to pin Sustanon 200mg once a week every Sunday. Prop will kick in first, then PP next a day or two after, then Iso a couple days after that. I think it's the gap between Iso and Decanoate that gives people the problem. I would never pin it every two weeks because I want the 3 shorter esters peaking during the week every week and the larger ester Decanoate will be in the background keeping blood levels stable. That's my plan anyways.

I think that makes sense for you. For me though to split a sust 250 in half so 125 each week Im not sure but am happy to try it.

Should that not work and I wanted to come off totally then Im assuming I reduce the sust to half dose and start the PCT before coming off fully? Will look into it
with the doc.

Just going thru my bloods again, see below:

FT 17
DHT 1,76 nmoI/L
Total PSA .4
Free PSA .166 ng/ml
FSH .10
LH .100
E2 15.8
Total T 20.75
DHEA 206.00

Is there anything else I need to be tested for that could be related to my symtoms?

Could another option be to take HCG whilst on TRT ?
