Hi guys. 1st post.
42yrs old
5’6”
200lbs offseason
15-16% BF
Training off and on since high school.
Did a couple of shows in my 20s
Been really serious with training the last five years
Done 5 shows in the last 2 years
Live in Canada
Been competing naturally thus far

I did some blood work after about six weeks from my last show and found that I had low T. I mean low 26. I had been reverse dieting to that point. When I got those results I increased my calories namely saturated fat for a couple of weeks then retested. The results were still low but in the 200 range just below 300. So I thought great I’m bouncing back! So I kept my diet the same for about a month and a half. Just got blood work done yesterday and my test was back down to 92. My LH and FSH were also low.

Living in Canada we do have feee health care but the wait times are very long to see specialists in this field. My regular doctor won’t give me anything but viagra or cialis and insist s on sending me to urologist and a endocrinologist. This could take months though. He even said I might have a tumour in my pituitary also and needed a mri. Or he thinks I am on some gear and just want some scripts for some drugs. Anyways I think I have suppressed my hormones from continuous intense dieting and training and have not been able to bounce back. Was thinking of running a PCT type protocol to see if that would get things going before getting into trt. Keep your natural status. I know it wouldn’t be natural but I wouldn’t consider it cheating just getting my own test going again.

Bro...I strongly advise you to seek out an Endocrinologist....you can't even begin to diagnose or properly treat yourself....TRT is vastly complicated...way way beyond just pinning some test

Hell bro..you don't even know what you don't know...yes ..you may have a pituatary tumor (I do )....you might have testicular cancer...
You need a qualified diagnosis as to the cause of your low test........if you even are

Do you know anything about alternate ways of boosting testosterone..do you now about clomid therapy?

If you just blindly add in some testosterone..are you qualified to recognize manage and manipulate ALL the other hormones that are effected when starting TRT?
Do you even know what is the proper ratio of your other hormones

The point being is is EXTREMELY foolish to take this on without the proper medical advise

Thanks buen. Good advice. Just a little impatient. Got a pretty good understanding of Trt and how it works. Was really just thinking of running some clomid, Nolvadex and maybe a couple of sarms in the form of a pct in the meantime while I wait to see an endo or a urologist. Waiting could take months.

Seeing an endo wpukd ultimately be your best option. In the meantime, I HIGHLY recommend running Post CT to bring up your test levels and libido. It is the absolute best natural test boosting formula on the Market, and perfect for you
