Question: is DIM (supplement) good for PCT?

you can use it if you want brother but its not going to make a HUGE difference so i dont want you to get the wrong idea or expectation but can it help? yes, to a point

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

I am looking to run MK2866 with my upcoming PCT, but my source in South Africa only sells 15mg capsules. Would that be enough for PCT? Dylan has said before that 25mg is the absolute max, so I don't want to double up.

Don't use that source you have in South Africa. It's hard telling what it is, if it's capsules especially. Many are actually prohormones which is the last thing you'd want in pct. Sarmsx is the only source I would trust, and they can ship to South Africa no problem

Thanks for the input, and yeah I will give that source a skip. I quikly read on south africn AAS forums and found a couple of guys who gave that product a try and got gyno symptoms on only 15mg. So I'm not risking it.

DO NOT use that shit bro... sarmsx ships to south africa with no problems whatsoever
