suggestion for 1st cycle

hello sir

I am currently 27 and thinking about running my first cycle.
So can you suggest me any cycle.i want to loose fat and gain lean muscle
I am:
5 feet 6 inch
135lbs
body fat percentage 18 to 20%
 
absolutely not... that is ridiculous... your body fat is too high and your weight is absurdly low... you have to get some more size or you are going to wreck yourself in terms of joints, ligaments, tendons, bones, etc... far too much strain being that undersized... you will grow too fast and with that small of a frame, its a bad idea man... you should be 120-25 lbs bigger and due to that, the amount of growth you have with steroids will be higher and it will crush you internally.. how on earth do you weight that little and have a body fat that high? what exactly do you eat in a day? do you even workout?
 
Too undersized and too much fat for steroid use bro. You need to learn how to diet correctly and build a,proper base.

Have you looked into sarms?

Sir I am thinking about keto diet .
To gain muscle and loose fat
And
I am thinking about
training 2 muscle a day
Total 8 sets ..4 sets for 1 muscle
And 4 for other in evening.
And in morning cardio for 20 mins.
And I am gonna do workout / cardio
6 day in a week.
What you think sir?
Please guide me ..
Should I take something to loose fat?
