Suggested Nolva dosing?

1-8 5mg daily
9-12 10mg daily

I plan on using 20mg GW 13-16 and have nolva on hand. Wondering what some seasoned guys suggested dosing is for this light run.

I would run LGD full 10mg daily for 12 weeks. U dont need to taper into it. I never used nolva just clomid. Off the top of my head 4 weeks
Nolva 40/20/20/20 but i could be wrong?GW 20mg daily weeks 13-16

Im already 4 weeks in and only have enough to bump it up to 10 the final 4 weeks. I decided to keep it around 5 because this is my first run and i wanted to play it safe just to feel comfortable.

Due to the lower dosing is the main reason Im checking if the nolva should be dosed a little lower at all or just do the normal mini pct.

You need to run 10mg the whole 12 weeks. No need to dose less. Here is the protocol

1-12 Lgd 10mg per day dosed in the am
