Alcohol and this lifestyle in general don’t mix. Daily consumption wreaks havoc alone... mix AAS and alcohol and you will perish 10-20 yrs younger then you should. I’m sure it’s even worse then that

regular Alcohol consumption will negatively affect your progress. It doesn't matter if you use anything or not....period
