    Skinny fat

    Hello.

I'm 22 years skinny fat 175cm 80kg I've butt fat and abs fat as well with narrow skinny arms shoulders back

I'm really confused should I bulk or cut? I bought lgd 4033 and ostarine I've both..I've been hitting the gym and eating about 3200 calories like 550 above maintenance my weight was 72 and increased to 80kg. I think I did this wrong I read on the internet and they said you shouldn't cut or you'll look skinny just bulk Clean.. What's your advice?

Should I do surplus of 200 in training days and 500 deficit in off days with ostarine?

Or should I do deficit eveyday?
Its really confusing and I wish you could help me

    Thank you a lot.

Its up to you bro. Personally I'd get into condition before trying to add size myself

How long have you been lifting that is the main question you need to ask yourself. I?m betting u just started?? I have skinny fat genetics myself and cutting or bulking shouldn?t be in your mindset. You need to build your undeveloped muscles under neath!

clearly bulking s not what you should be doing here... i would go more for a cut but add in some compounds that you can cut well on but provide good amounts of strength...

Ok so basically your still a beginner 3 years doesn?t count with that level of inconsistency. U need to put time I to lifting to expect any changes 3 heats Consistent is considered just breaking through your natural plateau. The product Dylan gave you in his post will help but you actually need to go to the gym and stay in the gym plain and simple.

Consistency is king. Yo yo work out will get you know where. I also believe that lifting is not exactly the correct focus at this point. I see guys at the gym all the time trying to build a body on a bad foundation.
They say I?m in a ?bulk? in their mind they think they are adding a lot of muscle under their fat and then they are going to cut away this fat and reveal all their hard work. I personally don?t believe that works the way they hope. Then they get depressed with the lack of results and give up.
Set yourself obtainable goals and work on your foundation. Then once you have that you can build up from their.
Foundation- I mean work on stripping away the fat. Getting your core in shape. Work on your lifting form. Cardio is great and even it builds muscle if done right. And get endurance up. Heck even some of these classes at the gym are awesome.
Some time I will go to one and it whips my but. Of course I try to do everything with intensity. I did a water work out with my wife just to motivate her and support her. Instructor said you can make this hard or easy. I pushed for hard. Holly shit. It was fun and I hurt afterwords.
I would be doing lighter more manageable weights. High reps.(still heavy enough to be challenging). Learn your mind to muscle connection. This will tone up your body. Hit the cardio and core training.
Do all your compound main lifts but don?t forget the little muscles. Just because you can?t see them doesn?t mean they are not important.
    Diet,diet, diet
I don?t mean you need to go on a diet! I mean get your diet in check. With out that your foundation will be for shit! Figure out a Eaton routine that works for you. Sure you can diet to get started but eventually you need a eating lifestyle.
You will try many things along the way.!figure out what works for you and what doesn?t. Figure out what fits your daily lifestyle. Track your portions and food. Learn to enjoy this experience. You say you have a medical back ground. The body is an amazing machine. Every body is built unique. Figure yours out and relish how wonderful of a machine it is.
Make it function to your Benefit.
PEDs will help but until you get a solid foundation, dedication and consistency it?s a yo yo life for you!

Sorry I got on a rant, and some of might seem harsh.
I just want to see young people get in shape. Enjoy their life, and enjoy the body they have. Life is great go live it!!!

You really need to focus on diet #1 and training as a distant second.

Eating in a surplus when you have excess abdominal fat is not going to do anything for you and neither will sarms unless you figure out your diet and get consistent on your training.

I would figure those out first. Dylan has a great plan above but you won?t get the results you want simply taking sarms.
