I am 6'0 196lbs around 17%bf looking to add some muscle but shed fat like crazy. what would you recommend?

It all starts with diet and training. You need to get that dialed in first and foremost. To go along with that you can run a sarms stack that will be excellent for cutting bodyfat and adding muscle. This is the stack I'd recommend for that purpose
