    SDBronco Transformation Log

    Hey whats up guys, this will be my log for the 2017 Transformation Contest.

    Quick background info

    5'11 and 3/4 inch (those 1/4 inches really add up). 225 lbs and maybe 14-15% bodyfat based off pictures of what bodyfat % is supposed to look like. So I really dont know but you guys can be the judge of that. Been lifting for almost 12 years including highschool and
    playing ball. I had some injuries along the way that have stuck with me that kept me out of the gym at different points in time. The most significant is probably a torn labrem tendon in my shoulder that detached from the bone and has never been surgically re-attached.
    MRI confirms it created 2" deep 3" wide cyst where the tendon had been repeatedly partially torn away and rehealed to the bone taking off pieces of the bone with it each time creating a hole. Not a sob story I thought it was the coolest thing ever when the doctor told me that I had a 2 inch deep hole in my back directly behind my chest. My reaction was like "Really? That is sounds just as awesome as it does scary. I've been lifting weights this entire time with a hole in my back. That just sounds too badass", (didn't actually say that outloud). I took some time off but it still prevents me from going really heavy on bench press and OHP although I no longer have much pain (as long as i dont go heavy). As a result my chest and triceps are lagging pretty bad and im working hard to bring them back up.

    My goals are to bring up my weak areas while staying healthy and recomp a little. Since I knew I was going to do this contest I purposely let myself gain a few lbs since its all going to come off anyway.

    I didnt really join the contest to win anything but because at first I didnt think many people would even sign up. So I figured if I steped up maybe a few more guys would too. So I'm just going to try to make progress and have a little fun in the meantime if I can. My cycle will change as i am basically just cruising right now. My mind isnt 100% made up but I have a good idea what ill run.

    This is what Im taking every week
    250mg Test E
    250mg Deca
    100mg Tren E
    0.18 Prami Mon and Thursday only
    Its all from Titan excluding the Prami
    I will continue this for maybe 3-4 weeks and what im planning on looks like

    1-8 350mg Test P
    1-8 400mg Tren Ace (maybe no ester)
    1-12 100mg Deca
    1-12 Ostarine (sarmsx)
    1-12 GW 501615 (sarmsx)
    1-12 S4 (maybe)
    6-12 60-80mg Anavar Or Winny 50mg
    8-12 200mg Test E (might go higher)
    1-12 12.5mg Aromasin M-W-F
    1-8 .18mg Prami M-W-F

    Edit: Supports will be Tudca, Nac, and fish oil.
    Ill be getting bloods on Titan Test P about 4 weeks in and again on the Test E when i switch. I will cruise after 12 weeks on 150-200mg test E a week when im done.

    And i might dose some TNE pre-workout on some days. I dont think i left anything out. If i did ill come back and update.

    I dont complicate my diet too much. I used to count calories and macros but now I just count portions and increase/drop carbs and fats week to week as I see fit but never anything drastic. Ive been cheating lately but starting tomorrow it will look like this.

    Meal 1
    6 whole eggs with 2 whites, 1 cup brown or white jasmine rice with olive oil and garlic, if i don't eat rice its 3 Corn tortillas.

    Meal 2
    6-8 ounce Talipia or Chicken breast with Limes and cilantro with 2 cups Jasmine rice any color.

    Meal 3 postworkout
    6-8 ounce Sirlion Steak or Tuna Steak with garlic flavored olive oil drizzled on top. 2 cups of veggies and a protien shake with 1 cup of oats.

    Snack I usually have a giant bowl of sugar free jello, a smaller bowl of whole grain cereal with almond milk or a cup of fatfree greek yogurt with organic honey.

    Meal 4
    Usually a 6 ounce bacon cheese burger made with 90/10 or 96/4 Organic Sirlion ground beef with a slice of Fatfree chedder cheese on Daves Killer Bread with 1 piece of bacon (Dont judge me).
    Baked potato wedges either white or sweet potato.

    Or some dirty brown rice with 6 ounces of the same beef with stir fried peppers and onions and sometimes pineapple mixed with the peppers.

    These have become my favorite foods so I dont change them much unless i add something unhealthy like extra cheese or sour cream or cook in a lot of oil ect.
    When I cheat its usualy chicken wings/sushi and beer.
    Ill probably be posting a lot of food porn.

    Feel free to ask me questions or tell me my cycle sucks and I should change it lol. In just a min ill post pictures of my current condition.

    Will probably update with food pics and whatever i did to workout that day hopefully once a day starting tomorrow. If you compare to pics I posted just a few weeks ago you can definitely tell ive gained some weight lol.
