Hey guys, have been training pretty consistently for the last 12 months and ready to step it up. I currently do a lot of functional and HIIT style workouts. I train a minimum of 5 days a week.

Down 8kg since February and keen to keep progressing.

I am think of running an 8 week cycle of S4 and GW 501516 as follows;

- GW 20mg 30min prior to workout
- S4 50mg a day (25mg AM, 25mg PM)

Questions:
- should I increase any of the dosages as the weeks progress?
- should I take s4 directly before training?
- is there any other supplements/vitamins I should take during the cycle (I don’t currently take any supplements)
- recommendation for PCT based off the above cycle?

Thanks guys, I am completely new to this so appreciate any guidance. I have done a fair amount of reading, which is how I have come up with the above. Hopefully I am on the right track..

let me make it easy and show you how to PROPERLY run it top to bottom...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
