SARMS newbie, couple of questions about usage

1) Can I stack SARMS with fat burners or is there any side effect of mixing them? For example caffeine, sinefrine, etc.

2) Should I take a drop with a glass of water and thats it, or is it better absorbed as sublingual? Like get a drop under my tongue and wait some minutes?

1. thats no issue whatsoever

2. NEVER take it sublingual... you take it straight down and you can follow it with a chaser if you want...

Is it normal that the liquids feel "hot" in your tongue? If dilluted in a glass of water I don't perceive this.

It's the alcohol content in the solution.

Perfectly normal since its suspended in alcohol

its definitely normal but make sure you take them straight down and do not put them on or under your tongue

Fourth day in.

Lowest weight this year according to my scale. Dropped 1kg of pure fat in a week with same diet, exercise and lifestyle. My stomach is pretty flat today. Not sure if a coincidence but SARMs seem to be the real deal!!!!

Obviously I need to run the full 12 week cycle to make sure of these words.
