Ok I'm a 52 male trained all my life ( ex PT) and still train hard 5-6 days a week . I've never taken drugs But want to continue training hard and building or at least maintaining muscle as.long as I impossibly can .
Ive been researching on either using a Sarm like osterine (Mk-2866) or using a non sarm like Nutrobal ( MK-677) .
I do have an old back injury that plays up from time to time and also have a slight kidney issue (BUN slightly elevated ) I'm also finding DOMs ( delayed onset muscle soreness lasts longer these days )..
Any info or wisdom would be greatly appreciated ( for informational purposes only )
