7 months ago I broke my shoulder and tore the labrum. I trained a lot and was able to avoid surgery, but my shoulder is still not 100%. I would like to have the best combo to help my injury and take lean mass and maybe shred a bit. I'm 27 y/o I have been training for more than 10 years and i'm 6' and
198 pounds.
i was thinking about taking rad-140 and mk-2866. is that a good stack ?
i know the best idea is probably to stack 4 products....can you guys tell me which one ? and if i had to choose only 2 sarms which one should I take.
