Hey Dylan - I'm a long time lurker from your sarms YouTube days and have faithfully checked out the forum once a week or so for almost 2 years. I finally joined because I need some advice on my 3rd sarms cycle, which I plan on starting in August. I'm completely stuck. I don't know if I should continue with a cut (for the 3rd consecutive cycle), do a clean bulk followed up with a cut, or try to recomp (which I never attempted before). Any advice would be much appreciated. Here is my situation...
1st cycle:
1-12 - S4 (25/25 split dose)
1-12 - GW501516 (20mg)
1-12 - SR 9009 (10/10/10 split dose)
9-12 - Tongkat
13-16 - Clomid (50/25/25/25)
13-16 - GW501516 (20mg)
6 weeks off
2nd cycle:
1-12 - MK2866 (25mg)
1-12 - GW501516 (20mg)
9-12 - DGA POST CT
13-16 - Clomid (50/25/25/25)
13-16 - GW501516 (20mg)
I'm 34yr old, 6ft, 238lbs. I haven't had any negative sides and bloodwork has been normal after each cycle. I lost ~50lbs over 38 weeks and gained some great muscle mass. I really loved both cycles. I tinkered with my nutrition a bit but ended up really liking a 50/35/15 split the best long term, at a 500 calorie deficit. My goal was to be <15% bf but I fell short as I was just tested at just over 18% (underwater).
I'm setting my sights on next May to be firmly under 15% bf, but with more mass. I'm a true endomorph. Given my timeframe, what would you recommend I do for my 3rd & perhaps 4th cycle?
