Sarm stack and Weight Loss

So I am about 7 weeks in my SARM cycle (hopefully out of 12 weeks) and I went from 168 to 179 vut in the last 2 weeks I have been losing wight consistently. Currently I sit at 175.

I do not ubderstand why this is, as my routine hasn't really changed nor my diet. I took an extra rest day last week and have started a deload for this week.

Any suggestions or comments as what to do or an idea as to why this is happening? Kind of frustrating as I am trying to surpass 180.

Dude no clue so many variables like water intake, over training, not enough sleep, etc.

Its tough to add muscle/weight if you dont let your body recover. I find by week 9/10 of any cycle whether sarms or steroids that I start to get fatigued and push myself a little too much and have to back off.
 
theres a lot of variables it could be man... there's something off with diet or training causing it...
 
Could be anything and likely to do with some water retention/loss from your diet. Your weight can fluctuate based on that a lot more than people think. I would not weigh yourself more than once per week max.
