It's been a while, I'm back.

My friends, it has been quite a while since I've been on here. Life got pretty insane for a few months. Me and the now ex gf split so I've been moving around the Buffalo area waiting for my new place to be move in ready. Can't stop these gains though. I think the last time I posted I had just taken double silver at a grappling tournament out here. I've hit bronze two more times since then, one of which should have at least been silver, but that's another story.

What has been good? New compounds? New cycle combos? I've been out of the loop.
