    First tell us about you. Height weight bf% any cycle experience. Training experience nutrition experience etc.

    thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

    Height- 6’3
    Weight- 102kgs
    Fat % - 12-14
    Age- 30
    Workout- 2body part a day, Muaythai 2twice in a week morning,
    Want to increased lean mass, reduce fat percentage, vascularity, muscle mass n definition.
    Diet- balanced diet with low carb
    Haven’t done any cycle from past 5-6 years.

    are you wanting to use ped's? perhaps a sarms cycle to start?

    Was looking for sarms or might go for peptides.. now from New Years I want to take it for a long run which should be safe and meet my requirements. So you tell me what do u suggest.
