Hi, from experimentation, I’ve noticed: Cardarine doesn’t do squat for fat loss for me (cholesterol and bp benefits are nice though).
When I reduce calories my body adapts very fast unless strength training, and my metabolism is already slow. But I have noticed that my body naturally recomps very well. Essentially, I lose more body fat recomping than just focusing on fat loss (HIIT). Ironic, right? Anyway, if you were to choose two sarms that would be ideal for accomplishing this, what would they be and why?
 
s4 and lgd, hands down are the best for recomp... they have the most synergy of any sarms that are aimed towards bulking and lean muscle gain... there is no better combo for recomp
