Recomp Cycle Idea

Hello everyone!!

First off, this is my first post so my apologies for any errors or lack of compliance with forum rules. I am 27, and have been training since I was 14. I have a few cycles under my belt:
Test Cyp (16 weeks at 500mg)
Test Deca Dbol: 500/400/50mg ed
Test/Tren: 300/300
Test/Anadrol: 500/50mg ed
Test/Tren/Winny: 500/300/50mg ed

I want to do a recomp, standing at 5'5, 173lbs, roughly 12% bodyfat. My goal with the cycle is to lean out as much as possible, still looking ripped while trying to slowly add lean mass. I have never run EQ, and hear mixed opinions saying that it's useless while others promulgate it's excellent properties for vascularity, increase in appetite, etc. My idea is as follows:

Week 1-4: 500mg Test, 50mg Winstrol ED, 75mg Tren Ace EOD, 600mg EQ.
Week 4-16: 500mg Test, 100mg Tren EOD, 800mg EQ.

PCT: Clomid: 50/50/25/25 Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20 (also will be running Caber and Aromasin on cycle) Considering adding HCG?

Diet:
Meal #1- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats, half a grape fruit.
Meal#2- 6oz 99/1 Ground Turkey, 1/2 cup white rice, 6oz broccoli.
Meal #3- Same as Meal #2
Meal #4- 6oz Chicken Breast, 4oz Asparagus
Meal #5- 6oz Tilapia or Cod, 4 egg whites, mixed veggies.
Meal #6- 2 scoops whey isolate, 1 banana, almond milk.

Thank you all for your time and consideration!! Looking for advice with the cycle, and I'm unsure if this is a suitable diet for my goals? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks again!!
 
you can do that if you want but do you really want to run tren ace for 16 weeks? thats too long to run tren as it is but pinning that much is going to be terrible...

your pct is very incomplete and you NEVER use hcg in pct...

When do you think I should cut the tren? I was planning on using HCG towards the end of my cycle, not during PCT but honestly I am not that well informed on it. As for my PCT, what should I add? Just the GW and MK?
 
i would go with tren the last 8 weeks of the cycle.. if you are going to use hcg, its the last four weeks right up until pct starts, 1000 ius week

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
