Id like to ask some advice for a cycle I would like to run.

COMPLETE stats;
Age: 29
Height: 179cm
Weight: 91.5kg (110kg at 04/2016)
Body fat %: 13.5 (30% at 04/2016)
Years of training: 3 years on, 12 off 1.5 on
Complete cycle history: Ran 4 weeks of winny 12 years ago.
PCT for each cycle: none
Goals: Recomp/cut
Supplements: Creatine (stopped taking whey)
General idea of nutrition: I follow a low cal high fat diet. +- 60% fat and 30% protein.
Any other relevant info: I take several meds on a chronic basis
1. Prexum (for high BP)
2.Serdep (anti depressant for anxiety)
3. Simvastatin (high cholesterol, was prescribed in Jan 2016 before I lost any weight)
4. Concerta (ADHD)
5. Ivedal (insomnia; may be caused by the Concerta? Switching over to Melatonin soon)
I like to gain a little more lean mass while dropping my bf to about 8%.
I currently follow a 500cal deficit daily with a weekly cheat day.
I think that my bf would maybe be too high to run a AAS cycle efficiently.
How effective would a cycle of GW501516 and Ostarine be to achieve my goals even at minimum dosages? Otherwise, what else would be effective?
I know it sounds like Im rushing but after losing so much weight the last 16 months Im getting impatient and would like to help things along.
I can squeeze about an hour in at the gym everyday and I'm there about 4 times a week, sometimes more. I do 40min of weights and 20mon of HIIT cardio. I use the push pull method on the weights. I would like to achieve this by December 2017.
