Rad140 vs Lgd4033

Metabolically and chemically I realize these are completely different products. But their place in a stack is not clear to me. At least with my goal, which is lean mass and some cutting (like 90% of the posts here).

I'm planning on a gw+s4 12wk cycle but I want to throw in something stronger for mass/gains. I was thinking 10mg of lgd4033 but ... would rad140 be more effective?

I'm 39, 6'2", 200lbs, 15%bf. Lift 5x/wk. Fit but not big, nor is BIG a goal, really. Even 5 - 10lbs of muscle would be sweet.

Better sleep and more overall energy/stamina would be nice too.

lgd for sure.... just watch the sodium.... take a little more potassium as well... and lots of water!
 
Since you are already running s4 I'd recommend LGD over rad as well. LGD and s4 go really well together for mass and strength
