I have used Sr9009 before and didnt have the problem of product turning cloudy and crystallizing.
Every morning i put Sr9009 in a hot cup of water and it clears up in 3 minutes. By the end of the day its cloudy and crystallizing inside the applicator.
I go through the same issue with RAD - 140 only its not cloudy but clumps forms. Once again the hot water clears it up in the morning but then reforms by the next morning.

can i just take them cloudy or should i restore it to clear before i take it.

all work out numbers are good so maybe this is not an issue?

Not a big deal at all. Shake them up well before each dose and you are good to go
