The 12 Steps of Anabolics Anonymous

1. We admitted we were powerless over our addiction, but that our physiques had finally become manageable.

2. We came to believe that a Power greater than Saw Palmetto could restore us to hypertrophy.

3. We made a decision to turn our rest and our recovery over to the care of chemicals as we understood them.

4. We made a searching and fearless inventory of our stash.

5. We admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs, then went to the gym and fixed them.

6. We're entirely ready to have testosterone derivatives remove all these defects of our physical attributes.

7. We humbly asked our source to help us help ourselves to remove our shortcomings.

8. We made a list of all persons we had annoyed asking for sources. We apologized, then got our own.

9. We made direct connections to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would require using bunk gear.

10. We continued to take personal inventory of our stash and when we were running low promptly replenished it.

11. We seek through lifting, supplementation, rest and meal plans to improve our conscious contact with our physiques as we understand them, working only for knowledge of ways to get bigger and the power to carry that mission out.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we try to carry this message to other lifters and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

I think my list would be a little different, but entertaining nonetheless!
