Hello Dylan, really enjoy all your YouTube videos and wealth of knowledge. You’re on of the best on YouTube at providing information with no BS. So I figured I’d get your thoughts: I’m looking at doing a cut and using SARMS to keep some of my gains but help with fat loss. I was going to use LGD and Cardarine, but just wanted to get your thoughts on a good PCT considering LGD can be suppressive and also what else I should take while on my cut. Any info is very much appreciated. Also what is the liver support you talk about? Thanks.

If you plan on cutting LGD may not be the best choice as its a great mass sarm . Maybe RAD or S4 with GW is a better sarm to use ?LGD is nowhere near as harsh as AAS but is still suppressive . I would just run something like DGA organ support or post CT you really don't need a particular liver support for LGD but it aint going to hurt if you run one .
