Questions about ESarms

Hey I was just looking into ESarms and had a few questions. First I'd like to learn more about cardazol and Mi-Mk and how they affect the stack, and also, if I was planning on purchasing 3x 4 week Strength Stack(at separate times) should I follow the 4 week dosing directions on the website (and continue for 12weeks) or the 12 week dosing directions given out previously by the experts here?

For clarification: im looking to run the strength stack for 12 weeks but purchase the 4 week cycle each month for 3 months. The dosing directions on the site say to dose the andarine at .5ml the first week, 1ml the second, 1ml the third, and 1.5ml the fourth. What would be the correct way to dose for 12 weeks?

for andarine, the dosing is 50 mg per day... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later, for 12 weeks.... if you go to banned nutrition on the banner, it shows exactly how to dose both m1mk and cardazol and tells exactly what they do... i have videos that are coming out on both very soon...
