Hi Dylan, Came across your videos on YouTube and firstly wanted to thank you for putting out incredibly useful content that we can all learn from. I would very much appreciate your advice on how to run SARMS properly minimising side effects and keeping gains. My stats are: height 5’10 and weight 75kg and body type is ectomorph. Training for 8 years and diet has always been clean. I have never run any compound before whether steroids or SARMS. Could you please advise on what SARM cycle would be good to start off?
