question lgd + rad pct

HI,

I am thinking of running lgd 10 mg and rad 20 mg. Before i start i would like to know how long i should take it. I thought off 5 weeks so my supression will be a little less.. so 5 weeks on 5 weeks off. But also saw that lgd will only work after like 5 weeks?

If i run this for 8 weeks, what pct would you suggest?

it needs to be ran 12 weeks...

1-12 rad140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.
