Puffy nipples, but no Gyno?

Hello
I am currently 10 weeks into my 12 weeks Test E cycle.
I started at 200mg/week for 6 weeks, then i increased the dosage to 400mg/week.
Somehow i got puffy nipples already at week 2 with Adex 0.5 EoD.
I have no lumps and i don't think it's fat. (I'm around 10-11% BF). It feels like i have pure water under my nipples.

I got puffy Nipples with 200mg of Test E at week 2 and i'm at week 10 with 400mg now.

Are the nips sensitive to the touch? Or just puffy?
Maybe in the future try switching to aromasin.
Tamoxifin targets breast tissue. I use a little tomoxifin because i convert at a high rate. Please search Dylan Gemillis you tube videos on aromasin and tomaxifin. Also his pct videos are awesome. Try these videos but Dont stop here there are ton more videos.

brother, noone is going to be able to tell you anything without bloodwork... you need to get your estradiol levels checked and then post them so i can help you out... you definitely do not want nolva at this point... aromasin would be what you want... you likely have a shit AI on quality... get your bloodwork done and let me know
