Please Help - Advice - Want to come off

    Hi Dylan,

I was just curious if I could get some advice off you seeing as you are a expert in this field.

    Background story:
So basically I want to come completely off steroids in a few months time. I am 22yo (nearly 23yo) and have been blasting and cruising since Christmas last year (7 months). I plan to come off steroids with a total of 9-10 months of use.

My 2 blasts so far have been 400mg/week of Test E only for 14 weeks, then i was on a cruise dosage of 175mg/week for 8 weeks. and this current blast im doing is 500mg/week of test E only for only 8-10 weeks (ends in a couple weeks). Basically after that I will go back to 175mg/week cruise dose for 1-2 months and want to come completely off.

My question is how should I go about coming off? Do i need to run HCG? I will of course be using chlomid and nolvadex but I would like your advice on dosages and for how long to run the PCT due to me being shut down for 9-10 months total.

Thank you Dylan, I know you are a busy man but any advice would be great as I am starting to become quite anxious and worried about the process of coming off.

this is just horrible to hear and see... i hope you intend to stay away from steroids now.... you are just ensuring that the longer you stay on, the more the problems you will have... i'll give you an 8 week pct layout but i honestly dont know if thats long enough or not.. .thats just person to person variant when it comes to a situation like this but an 8 week pct is the minimum i would do..

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…Organ ST plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. While this is true, there are a lot of the other issues that the body has to deal with during a PCT: hormone fluctuations, high liver enzymes, increased blood pressure, pressure on the kidneys and endocrine system, high stress and cortisol levels, the list goes on...Organ ST helps address all of these problems and helps you recover in a timely manner. The quicker you recover, the less likelihood of any long-term problems occurring, and the more likely that all gains you make during your cycle are retained.

    clomid 50/50/50/50/25/25/25/25
    nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20/20/20
    aromasin 12.5 mg eod
    mk-2866 25 mg day (ONLY 4 weeks of MK2866)
    gw-501516 20 mg day

Hopefully others will read this and not follow this same path. Do not be so quick to jump on the blast and cruise route. Especially so young. That is not a beginner's method. It is for very experienced aas users with many cycles under their belt and imo much older guys. I hope your hpta system can rebound and you can make a full recovery. Good luck and please post your progress

This is very bad, and I wish you luck in your recovery. Follow Dylan's advice, and then don't touch steroids again for a very long time.
