Plate Removal Surgery. Any compound suggestions?

Hello everyone. I have surgery within the next few weeks to remove a plate and 6 screws from my humerus (upper arm bone). If the surgery is anything like it was when the plate went in, a chunk of tricep is going to be removed/damaged also.

I'm looking for AAS/SARM/Peptide suggestions to start researching that will possibly aid in the recovery of the bone primarily, and also the muscle and tissue that is going to be damaged.
