First off I wanted to say thanks to Pure Essence Research for allowing me the opportunity to log their new SARMS as well as their new ancillaries. Also thanks to Dylan for continued support, and kickass forum.


This is what’s up..
So Im logging Pure Essense Research SARMS, particularly SR-9009, RAD 140 as well Letro, which is apart of their new anciallary line up. I ususally always use Aromasin as my AI of choice, but I wanted to get an idea of what their other chem products are like. I’ve already used their GW, which was the best I’ve ever used- clean and noticed a signification change in cardiovascular. I have been very pleased with PE so far.

This log is supposed to only go for 4 weeks, but I’m going to continue to run this stack for 12 weeks:

RAD-140- 20mg ED
SR-9009- 30mg ED (split into 6 doses, 5 mg every 2-3 hours)
Letro- 2.5mg ED (might go EOD depending)

Special Bonus..
PE through in their triple x product, which I have yet to use, but if its anything like their viagra.. I know it’s good to go because that Viagra turns my stuff into steel baton.

I’m going to take full body measurements tomorrow and also use my calipers and do a 9 point body fat test.

Goal..
Is to cut, which I usually wouldn’t do this time of year, but my wife and I just had a baby, and during her pregnancy I was really slacking off. I run two companies and my wife stays home, so juggling personal time, family time, and business time can be quite the act, but totally worth it. I’m not trying to be a body builder, just like to feel good and obviously look good, which I can tell you right now.. well let’s just say I feel pretty sloppy, but it will be short lived.

Diet is going to persisit of macros 50-40-30 (protein-carbs-fat) at 2,525 calories per day which is different this time around for me. Usually I do high fat diets and get results quick, but I want to create something I can be obedient to long term, day in and day out. Keto is great, but since I have a family, and want to be able to enjoy carbs this works out better.

Day 1..
Dosed RAD, SR, and Letro. Taste like gainz fa sho, but NOWHERE near as bad as some of the other SARMS products I have tried in the past. Excited to see the results I get from this stack, and really interested in seeing how the strenght gains from RAD effect me. Felt good to draw a line in the sand and get back on track.

I did 20 sets of various chest workouts.. pretty tired from all of the busienss travel and new baby, but def. motivated cause I know how great SARMS have worked for me in the past.
 
I've been looking forward to this log buddy! In to follow, and very curious how that bloodwork turns out which will be incredibly huge and valuable information for what effect RAD has specifically

Day 2..

Did cardio this AM for 20 mins, and hit the gym later in the PM completing 18 sets of back work done today. Dosed SARMS and Letro and everything was going smooth until I took my second 10ml of RAD.. shit got me and tasted bad. It's actually never a big deal for me, but I just took it too quick. I never use a chaser either, that added to the effect.

Obviously not noticing any increased performance yet, but it's still plenty early. I have a feeling I'm going to really like SR, but I have no idea what to expect from RAD. I'm hoping its as good as these clinical trials ya feel me!

Sitting 26 calories under budget right now for a total of 2,498 calories for today
48% Protein (284g)
32% Carbs (186g)
20% Fat (53g)

Feel great so far, I know it's only going to get better.

From what feedback I've seen in the logs so far, both the SR and RAD are pretty awesome, so I think you'll really enjoy them buddy. Macros look great for your goals. Interested in seeing how things go in the coming days!

I'm glad you commented on macros cause I know you have allot of experience in this area Rick. This is an area I'm trying improve on for sure.
 
ive been really looking forward to this one brother... you know im here ALL THE WAY... you know you can get me at anytime and my door is always open for you as you already know, literally... LOLLL i cant wait to see what you accomplish on this... you've been a great responder to sarms in the past but this should be on an entire different level...

Fuck yeah man.. Love SARMS. Been experimenting with them for some time now, but PE has separated themselves offering the Best quality products I've tried so far. No bullshit either.
 
Day 3..

Woke feeling great.. Having my diet dialed in and tracking my macros has been a quick confidence builder. I was eating shitty for a while.. And being just plain lazy. So it feels good to start forming those good habits again and taking it one day at a time. Tracking has really helped me understand how much I've been under eating this whole time.. not even close to the amount I should be eating.

I need to get into single digits BF and hoping to get back some of my lost muscle mass. Took my measurements today, and def starting a few steps back.. But I respond quickly to weight loss and muscle gain so I'm not overly concerned.

Waist 37 1/2 in.
Mid Waist 37 in.
Chest 45 in.
Left Calf 15 3/4 in. Right Calf 15 5/8 in.
Left Quad 24 5/8 in. Right Quad 25 in.

They were a little off today, so I'll make some slight adjustments tomorrow.

I made some catfish tonight.. Shit was chronic.

Dosed all my products, and not too much has changed yet. I had some nice clean energy at the gym today.. No cardio

thanks for posting all these numbers before so we can compare! nice on the catfish... if you get a good piece, its definitely nice! stock up on the cod and halibut... another one ive added that i love is the VERY lean ground chicken and turkey... i mix it with a good vegetable blend... normally peas, zuchini and carrots or often peas, green beans and rice and its ridiculous.. i actually look forward to it everyday... i use a serving of veganese on it and 1/2 serving of organic ketchup and mustard.... trust me bro, its where its at!

That sounds good man.. I was just looking at veganese for tuna too, but I got plain Greek yogurt. Never tried it though. That Jenny O sounds good too.

How do you like to cook cod and halibut?
 
Day 4..

I was up pretty early this morning and felt great through the first half of the day, but started to get tired and a little lethargic..

I also noticed my knees while bending, shoulder seems to be a little stiffer then usual. I'm also dryer looking then 3 days ago too which leads me to believe the letro is doing its job. I might adjust my dosage to 1.25mg ED just so my knees are good to go.. and leg day is almost here.

2,193 Calories today so far and 332 under budget, but should have no problem.

Outside of the letro drying me out, everything is good. I'll actually be getting blood done again towards the middle of the cycle. It will be Interesting to see how much my estrogen is impacted.
 
Nice updates brother. The letro certainly appears to be doing its job, and I'm sure your bloodwork will confirm that once you get it. Things will really get interesting once that SR and RAD are into full swing
 
Day 5..

Noticing tightening in my chest and throughout my torso. I know my diet has significantly impacted the way I feel, and I think the SR 9009 is also giving me a sense of well being.. It could be the rad, but I'm sure I'll notice its effects more I. The coming weeks.

Rest in between sets is becoming less, due to the cardiovascular benefits SR provides. I find I have a clean energy throughout the day and feeling pretty good overall.

I dropped the letro down to 1.25mg ED and my knees have loosened up a bit, and doesn't sound like I'm ripping fibers in knees when bend down. I noticed this the first time playing with the kids and just lowering that dose a little really made a big difference. It's obvious the letro is legit.

So far so good.. Just getting back into the swing of things lovin it so far. Somedays I run in the morning and workout in the evenings, and I'm going to continue the two a days as often as I can. Eat clean, train hard and let the SARMS do the rest.
