PCT Stack: 4 Weeks Dosage?

Can someone direct me how to dose this properly? I am very new to this.

Side Question - I did a 4-week S4 cycle about a year ago, and did not do a PCT- Ignorance mostly. Although I did not detect any obvious issues or negative effects, reading the posts here have me a bit concerned. Advice or comment on this will be appreciated.

Dylan gave you the correct pct protocol to follow

As for your past using S4 then not doing a pct, I wouldn't worry much. It was only 4 weeks and sarms aren't that suppressive. You could always run bloodwork but I would think worry too much about it now to be honest considering the circumstances and how long it's been
