Hello Dylan, just watched your video on Ostarine. I'm 69 and have always lifted weights to keep in shape. Only supplements I've used is creatine which I am currently using. At 69 it's becoming increasing hard to keep my strength up so I'm considering using Ostarine as it seemed the safest to use. I'm not looking to compete but just want to increase my strength and muscle mass some. Do you feel at my age I would benefit and if so how much a day should I take and for how long? Also how long should I go off it before I start taking it again. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
