Orals with or without food?

Have always taken my orals with food, with no issues but there have been people who also take without food without issues as well. Any takes on this?

I took tbol w/o food some days and was fine, but i have a pretty tough stomach.

I've taken it both ways and I honestly don't think it matters one bit which way. Do what works best for you
