Thread: is it okay to stay on cardarine year round?

is it okay to stay on cardarine year round?

    hey guys,

so cardarine is NOT a sarm, and it is NOT suppressive at all.

then, is it okay to run cardarine (lets say 20mg/day) all the time?

It won't hurt, but it certainly won't help. For cardarine, people typically begin to build a tolerance after 16 weeks. You cycle off for 4 weeks so that your body still responds to it.

You are right in the regard that cardarine is not a sarm, nor is it suppressive

16 weeks on, 4 weeks on... Repeat

I don't care what cycle im on... I HATE cycling off. I started off with TRT and now run a trt equal on my own. (Random slightly off topic post)

no its not ok to cycle it year round.. you need time away from it or it will be rendered useless.. you will desensitize to it... its not a good idea whatsoever...
