New to SARMs and needing some advice

So I've been working out for a bit over a year and I just lack about 5-10 more pounds of muscle, but also would like to lose about 6 pounds of fat. Which SARM(s) would help me reach this goal and what should my macro ratios be?
I'm in no way trying to look like a body builder either.

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? you don't have to lose muscle with sarms, they prevent muscle wastage but you are WAY too vague to get any sort of an answer
 
I'm 22, roughly 5'5". Body fat is around 13%, which has increased from 9% when I got back into working out. I went from 120 to 132 over the last 3 months.

you are quite undersized here bro... you dont need to trying to cut or cut calories here... LGD4033 stacked with RAD140 is perfect.. a simple yet HIGHLY effective stack... i would be eating roughly 250 calories over maintenance... 55-60% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats... still hit cardio for fat loss but make sure you are getting plenty of protein and GOOD calories...

You're a pretty short guy, so I understand the lower bodyweight to an extent. I would go with more of a Recomp stack based on your goals.

Thanks for all the advice! How much could someone expect to gain off these? 10 pounds of lean muscle?
 
To look like a pro bodybuilder would take the amount of gear they have taken along with the same amount of time training for example Mr Olympia 25 + years. U should be fine

of course not... you have the wrong idea.. there are ped's with steroid "like" results but not what you are thinking in terms of looking ridiculous... just relax because now you are overthinking... when you give a goal, i design it to where it perfectly meets the standard in which you want and need
 
What about ZMA or Estrogen blocker? My friend recommended those but I feel they may not be entirely necessary. Any advice?

So I'm a bit of a cross road. I want to add a bit more size but then want to get cut for summer. I'm running Ostarine for 8 weeks at 12.5 mg a day, then on week 5 I'm adding in E-xstane drying agent/estrogen and cortisol control.

Would be effective to bulk up for a month 4 weeks on Ostarine, then the last 4 weeks switch to cutting? Or would that be too much stress on my metabolism? I've also considered recomping. I just want to not have a gut during the summer time haha any advice would be great!
 
Depends on your current bodyfat level because if u r 20 %bf or something 4 weeks is not enough time to get cut up
 
I'm at like 13%ish. Not too much but not cut enough to show a well developed core. But also if I were to start cutting right now I'm afraid I'd just look skinny haha
 
I've heard Ostarine works great for adding lean mass with minimal fat gain. Also works good for retaining muscle while cutting. So I figured since I'm close to both goals why not do a month of bulking then a month of cutting.
