    First Sarm Stack PCT question

    Hello all, this is my first post so below i will post my basic stats so everyone can see what I’m working with lol. I’ve been reading through a lot of posts here and I finally decided to make my own post. I understand there’s a lot of posts on this but i was hoping to get feedback. Positive and negative if need be.
    Current:
    26
    6’3
    220lbs
    18-20%

    History: 5-6 years of training - currently not dieting at all.
    No Cycles in past

    Goals: i hope to drop to ~12% body fat around and 205lbs

    My question is... how can I PCT without nolva and clomid if i run the following:
    Stack:

    Weeks 1-12: Ostarine (mk-2866) 20mg per day 30min before workout. (In morning on non workout days)

    Weeks 1-12: Cardarine (gw-501516) 25mg in the a.m.

    Week 9-12: D aspartic acid

    Week 13-16: PCT

    And does this look like a solid stack?

    If your goal is to cut, this stack might be better for you:

    Weeks 1-12
    S4 50mg per day split into 2 doses
    GW 20mg per day

    Mini pct 13-16
    Clomid 50/25/25/25
    GW 20mg per day

    that is not the ideal stack for your goals... let me help you

    1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
    1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
    1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
    9-12 POST CT https://www.dganutrition.com/pct/post-ct


    Mini pct 13-16

    clomid 50/25/25/25
    gw-501516 20 mg day

    Thank you so much for the quick responses! What is the stack above good for then? A friend of mine told me this would be solid for toning down while still trying to keep muscle. He’s not the most knowledgeable by any means, but i figured he knew. I’m glad i decided to post

    this is a cutting cycle that will add strength and lean muscle, along with huge increases in endurance
