PreCycle BloodWork: On hand.

week 1 to 12: Test E 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
week 1 to 14: Adex 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
week 8 to 12: Winstrol 50mg Ed
This is going to be my first time using Winstrol (I've used Anavar before and loved it; i know Winstrol's one of Dylans favourites Steroids and i went for Var last time, going for it this time)

For the goals you have, id be adding in gw, s4, and RAD140 to your cycle

Hcg should only be used the last couple weeks of your cycle and while esters clear

When would you start Hcg?
Would you dose it like i posted (twice a week, same day as Test).

For a first time winstrol user, 50mg sounds about right?
Would you take TUDCA or any liver support FULL CYCLE or ONLY during Winstrol Cycles?

Hcg would be during weeks 11-14


Dosage of winstrol looks fine. Tudca and liver supports need to be ran minimum of while on orals but I'd run them a little longer afterwards to help lower liver values

You'll run them 12 weeks. Here is the protocol to add to your cycle

1-12 rad140 20mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes pre workout
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
