Good day to you all...I tried to search and see if there was a particular place to do intros on here and couldn't find any....so I'll do it here...40 year old dad of 4 and electrician...did kickboxing and jiu jitsu for about 10 years and then started lifting a couple years ago...found this board and just wanted to get a little smarter about all things workout related...overall would like to add some size and drop some fat...hope you all have a great day[emoji106] [emoji106]
