It's been clean eating .
I am 33 years old My height is 6ft weight 83 body fat 13.90%
I want to try Cycle for bulking . Same time I want to be ripped.
Could you please help me setting up the cycle.

what do you mean your weight is 83 and PLEASE bro, dont ask anyone about "being ripped?" i try to be respectful and helpful to everyone but you saying that makes it rather impossible... are you saying you want to do a recomposition where you gain weight and lose body fat?
